Unable to leave the house with far, too much time on your hands.
Many people probably treating This like it is a sort of holiday. Doing nothing all day, watching videos, too much sleeping, playing games (especially men or me 😂) but it is okay to do that to refresh our mind for a while but don't too much because it will make you addicted to them.
But the thing is there is a worldwide crisis going on. When this is happening it is so much better that whenever some troubles up, we should be spending a good chunk of Me-time sharpening our Axe getting ready for what is about to come.
So here are the 4 ways to help you to organize your activity during this quarantine :
1. Think that this quarantine is a crisis.
The first thing is to be more attentive to realize that this quarantine is a crisis, not a holiday meanwhile if you are doing nothing or you are lazybones to wasting your time.
Start thinking about what happened if we are in our home alone (not that home alone movie in RCTI channel 😑😂) nobody or family will help you and what should we do next.
Learning from new things, mentally stronger, having plenty of experiences and knowledge to guide you on the work field it helps to survive you off it.
2. Focused on bettering yourself.
Before you should be using at least some of this free time focused on bettering yourself so that you emerge from this crisis stronger and better than ever.
Bettering your immune system or dopamine, start realizing what benefits passion according to your experience.
3. Take a challenge
I call it the challenge 😂. The challenge that lacks the aspect of your life, take one a piece of paper and write down give it a scale of one to ten of the worst habits you had like do I am often wasting time doing a bad activity, sleeping over and over again.
Moreover, I've got a life hack tip just try to not reading or learning on the bed just avoid or you could fall asleep as same as I was 😂
When you got it, start reducing those bad habits and make progress.
4. Get the things done
It means that when you realized the efforts or habits or work you do is important to your life do not stop doing it until you have it and surely happiness will be yours even you have hard times like this quarantine.
So these will guide you to save me time carefully before you are late in hard situations.
Most importantly bettering our immune system or dopamine it will gain our energy back to do positive things.
